We may occasionally engage with or hire external parties to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to, handling customer enquiries, handling freight or processing transactions. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. The All Natural Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
6.3. By creating an online account with us through our website, you consent to receiving all notices and other communications in electronic form by electronic communication. You may opt out of emails to the extent that we send these emails to you by sending us an email at sales@allnaturalcompany.com.au
6.4. We advise that we may be compelled, subpoenaed or summoned to provide information to the Court, the Police, or any other authorised governing organisation. In such an event, we will be obliged to provide all necessary personal information as required.
7. SUPERVISION

The Conditions will be solely governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and/or the Commonwealth of Australia (whichever is applicable) and any action arising out of or relating to these Conditions shall be commenced and filed in the State or Federal Courts of New South Wales. By using our website, you hereby consent to this jurisdiction for the purpose of commencing any such action.
9.2. The All Natural Company cannot guarantee that these Conditions or any of the content published on the Website complies with any law outside of Australia.
10. SEVERANCE
10.1 If any part of these Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other Conditions.

12.8 . The all natural company will often rely on information provided by third party persons as to the content/ information of certain products and services. To the extent permitted by law the all natural company exclude all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind however arising that you might suffer as a result of any errors, mistakes or inaccuracies relating to the nutritional information of any of the products or services as advertised on our website. The all natural company endeavours to provide information to the best of their knowledge.
12.9 Despite the above Conditions, nothing shall limit your rights as a ‘Consumer’ under the Australian Consumer Law as a law of the Commonwealth or as the Application Law of the respective States and Territories.
